Do you offer single-IP failover?
Yes. Fusion installs its own fiber, then contracts a third-party carrier outside our network as the backup — so even if Fusion’s own infrastructure failed completely, your internet access would stay up. Enterprise fiber, coax and wireless are combined per site, and your public IP addresses never change.
What can I expect from your NOC?
Round-the-clock monitoring, 365 days a year, and engineers who call you when something looks off. You can log into the Fusion NOC web portal any time to check latency reporting and circuit usage.
What connectivity options do you offer?
